TIPPERARY HAVE MADE three changes to the side that pulled off an incredible comeback against Cork last week.
Cathal Barrett, who has recovered from a bout of flu, returns to the team, while Michael Breen and James Woodlock will also start Sunday’s Allianz Hurling League quarter final against Offaly in O’Connor Park, Tullamore, after their appearances from the bench last week.
Meanwhile, Conor O’Brien, Thomas Stapleton and Shane McGrath miss out in the game, which starts at 3pm.
