Silva will have a chance to get revenge on Weidman as rematch confirmed

The fight is already being touted as the biggest in UFC history by Dana White.

ANDERSON SILVA WILL have a chance to avenge his recent surprise defeat to Chris Weidman, after a rematch between the two was confirmed by UFC chief Dana White for December 28 in Las Vegas.

The UFC middleweight title fight will take place at the MGM Grand Garden and is set to be the main event at UFC 168.

Weidman recently ended Silva’s seven-year reign as middleweight champion, after knocking him out to secure a shock victory (see below).
