Man arrested over murder of Michael Devoy released without charge

The shooting was believed to be gangland related.

A MAN IN his mid 20s has been released without charge after he was arrested in connection with the murder of Michael Devoy.

The body of the 41-year-old criminal from Ballymun was discovered at Foxhill in Tallaght on January 18 last year.

Two men sped away from the scene when gardaí arrived.

A man was arrested in the city centre this morning and questioned for a time at Tallaght Garda Station.

He was released without charge, and a file is to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
