Perfectly reasonable sounding man calls BBC radio to explain why it's fine to bite people

He’s bitten four men ‘that he can think of’.

I GUESS WE should be grateful that this caller to BBC Three Counties’ JVS Show doesn’t play football in a park anywhere near us.

The caller sounds absolutely sane and level-headed as he calmly explains how he has ‘a propensity to sort of bite’.

Pushed further by Jonathan Vernon-Smith, the caller reveals he has actually gone one better than Luis Suarez, saying he has bitten four people ‘that he can think of’.

Asked if he had control over the ‘instinct’, the caller says:

“Not really – if I was being attacked and I’m in close an ear will get bitten… or a nose or something like that.”

The caller says he hasn’t bitten a whole ear off, just part of an ear.
