This dodgy penalty decision has put Dundalk's title party on ice

It’s 1-1 at half-time in Oriel Park.

Gary Rogers is beaten by the penalty of Mark Quigley Ryan Byrne / INPHO Ryan Byrne / INPHO / INPHO

DUNDALK CAN CLINCH an Airtricity League three-in-a-row this evening if they beat Bohemians at Oriel Park.

But their title party is on ice for now after this dodgy penalty decision helped Bohs to draw level in the first half.

Andy Boyle put the Lilywhites ahead but Bohs were gifted a chance to equalise when Keith Buckley went down on the edge of the box.

Referee Neil Doyle pointed to the spot but replays showed that Ronan Finn, the nearest Dundalk player to Buckley, made no contact before the Bohs man went down theatrically.

Mark Quigley dispatched the peno past Gary Rogers to leave it 1-1 at the break.
