Bring back the cup, boys: Tickets for Bosnia game to go on sale tomorrow

Irish fans will say a final farewell to their Euro2012 hopefuls on 26 May.

IRELAND WILL PLAY their final home game before the European Championships on Saturday, 26 May against Bosnia.

And tickets for the Aviva Stadium clash — billed as ‘The Big Send Off’ by FAI chiefs — will go on sale tomorrow at 9am, the association have confirmed.

Ireland have been drawn in Group C with world and Euro champions, Spain as well as Italy and Croatia. After the challenge game with the Bosnians at Lansdowne Rd, Ireland travel to Italy for a training camp the following day.

Giovanni Trapattoni’s side will then face Hungary in Budapest on 4 June, 24 hours before they finally land in Poland. The Irish campaign then kicks off against Slaven Bilic’s Croatia on 10 June.

Tickets for the Bosnia game will be available from ticketmaster and FAI.ie.
