Players react angrily to Colm O'Rourke's Gaelic Players Association criticism

The RTÉ pundit made his comments in the Sunday Independent.

A NUMBER OF high profile current and former players have taken to social media to express disappointment with Colm O’Rourke’s comments regarding the Gaelic Players Association today.

In his column in the Sunday Independent, O’Rourke claimed that the GPA “does not exist as a radical body acting on behalf of players anymore” suggesting that its effectiveness as an organisation was compromised when it became officially recognised by the GAA.

However, many are unhappy with the Meathman.
