Hip yet cosy all at once and serving some of Cork’s finest home roasted coffees. Help yourself to one of the free books on display if you’ve run out of stock.

Cork’s coolest art house cafe with good tunes and plenty of space to delve into a good read. The food and drinks on the menu are also a treat.

Hip to the groove with its own range of speciality coffees including the Filter Cold Brew Coffee. A hang out spot for Cork’s trendiest, you could spend the day turning pages and sipping a freshly roasted coffee.

A gem of a coffee shop and deli in one of Cork’s most historic, well heeled areas. Big sofas and a gorgeous outside patio area provide ample space for reading.

Gorgeous light, airy space for taking your time over a good book. Fab fodder and liquid fuel too.

A book lover’s paradise. Absorb the atmosphere of the English Market on the upstairs balcony and get lost in time and space.

Compact and bijou with a welcoming, arty atmosphere, while away the day by the River Lee with a good read.

One of Cork’s friendliest independent cafes. Staff won’t mind readers passing a few hours here but make room for the lunchtime rush or you’ll get squashed!
