DUAL STARS AIDAN Walsh, Damien Cahalane and Eoin Cadogan all return to the Cork senior football team for Sunday’s Munster final against Kerry.

Manager Brian Cuthbert has made three changes for the game from the side that narrowly escaped with victory over Tipperary in the Munster semi-final.

The Cork hurlers progression has restricted the football involvement of the dual players before that game but Walsh was the scoring hero when introduced as a substitute and Cadogan also made a major impact when sprung from the bench.

Cahalane also returns to the team having not featured against the Premier county. Cadogan will anchor the team at full-back with Cahalane named at left half-back and Walsh to partner Fintan Goold at midfield.

The introduction of that trio results in positional changes as Thomas Clancy moves to centre-back while Patrick Kelly and John O’Rourke shift from half-back roles to more familiar positions in the half-forward line. Barry O’Driscoll also is moved in to corner-forward.

Andrew O’Sullivan, Mark Collins and John Hayes are the three players to make way and drop to the bench. There is one change amongst the substitutes as this year’s Munster U21 winning football captain Conor Dorman is drafted in with Cathal Vaughan the player to drop out.
