'I'm surrounded by mams and I'm falling over': Kettlebell world champ Dave O'Callaghan on his surprising love of yoga

TO WIN HIS world title, Dave O’Callaghan had to lift two 24kg kettlebells over his head 99 times in 10 minutes.

To achieve such as feat, you’d imagine the Cork man would focus on lifting massive weights but, instead, he credits yoga for playing a huge part in his success.
