DAVID KLEMMER WAS put on report during the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs’ NRL clash against the Sydney Roosters last night after he led with the leg going into contact.

It’s not a move we’ve seen before, and probably one we won’t be seeing any time soon again. Perhaps the most bizarre thing about the incident was Bulldogs’ captain Michael Ennis apparently suggesting that the referee reverse the penalty against his team.

Sonny Bill Williams scored two tries against his former employers in a 32-12 win for the Roosters, ending a seven-game winning run for the Bulldogs, who remain at the top of the league.

H/T: Cillian Hogan.
