Poll: Who do you think will win today's All-Ireland football semi-finals?

Kerry’s senior and minor footballers take on Dublin and Kildare respectively for a place in the All-Ireland final.

AGE-OLD RIVALS Dublin and Kerry renew acquaintances this afternoon in Croke Park as they bid to join Mayo in the All-Ireland SFC final.

These giants of Gaelic football have won eight of the last 12 All-Ireland titles. It’s been seven years since Kerry last beat Dublin in the championship, losing each of their last three meetings since 2011.

The Kingdom are bidding to make it back to their third straight decider and an 11th final appearance since 2000. No team has retained Sam Maguire since Kerry did it in 2007, but a win today would leave Dublin just 70 minutes away from achieving that feat.

Meanwhile in the day’s curtain raiser, Kerry meet Kildare for a place in the minor final.

The talent continues to roll off the production line down in the Kingdom. Kerry are chasing a third straight All-Ireland minor crown. The last county to achieve that was Cork way back in 1969.

They face Leinster champions Kildare, who were six-point winners over Mayo in the last eight.
