MANCHESTER UNITED FANS have been crying out for defenders and midfielders, but Sky Sports News are this morning reporting that Radamel Falcao will be a shock deadline day signing on a season-long loan.
The Colombian, currently plying his trade at Monaco, has been a rumoured target of Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City.
However, after initial reports of a €64+ million four-year deal being as good as done from Guillem Balague, the reported move was hurriedly reined back in to a season-long loan deal.
All reports add that the potential move is pending a medical.
