Tipperary’s Kieran Bergin would prefer if his girlfriend didn’t feign interest in hurling and Dublin footballer Philly McMahon has urged people not to leave his gym in a mess.
If you’re meeting Waterford hurler Noel Connors, make sure you’re on time and leave plenty of space for Mayo’s Cillian O’Connor if he needs to park.

“I can’t handle bad drivers,” says O’Donoghue.
“If they’re contributing to traffic, get them off the road!”
McMahon hates “people leaving my gym in a mess” and Bergin said: “I know she doesn’t do it intentionally but my girlfriend, when she wants to be interested in hurling and all that, keeps asking questions like she thinks they’re quite normal but she always seems to do it coming up to a game.
“I know she’s got my best interests at heart but I’d love if she didn’t!”
