THE GAA YESTERDAY announced its new set of rules which will be introduced to Gaelic football on 1 January.
2014 will see the following:
- The introduction of the Black Card for cynical behaviour
- A change in the number of substitutes
- The distinction between deliberate fouls and accidental fouls
- A new definition of the tackle
- Changes in the advantage rule
- The permittance of point-scoring with an open hand.
