Gardaí appeal for woman's next of kin

Officers in Dublin are trying to locate the next of kin of 78-year-old Rita Keppell, who died in the Mater Hospital recently.

GARDAÍ ARE APPEALING for assistance in tracing the next of kin of a 78-year-old woman who died recently at the Mater Hospital in Dublin.

Rita Keppell was born on 28 February, 1932, and died at the Mater on 7 January from natural causes.

She lived at Church Road, East Wall, Dublin 3, and worked at Cahill Printers. She had lived in this area for all of her life.

Gardaí say she had one brother, William, who died at an early age, and her two sisters, Edie and May, have also passed away. Her mother Adeline Keppell died on 25 April 2001. All of her family is buried at Glasnevin Cemetary.

Anyone who can offer the gardaí any assistance in locating Rita Keppell’s next of kin is asked to contact gardaí at Store Street Station on 01 666 8000.
