Get that dog off the pitch...

Yesterday’s game between Kildare and Wexford saw the latest in a long line of GAA pitch invaders.

IT’S A FAMILIAR sight at GAA matches.

Yesterday’s O’Byrne Cup clash between Kildare and Wexford in Newbridge was the latest game to be briefly interrupted due to a pitch invasion.

This was the culprit for the second-half halt to play but Kildare fan ‘Ted’ is not the only canine over the years to have been eager for some GAA action.

He was merely followed an established tradition.

Get that dog off the pitch...
