PROSECUTORS NOW BELIEVE that the co-pilot of the Germanwings plane may have crashed the plane deliberately.

Earlier this morning, it emerged that one pilot had been ‘locked out’ of the cockpit before the crash.

An investigation is underway, with the recovered cockpit voice recorder being examined.

The New York Times quoted a senior military official as saying:

You can hear the guy outside is knocking lightly on the door and there is no answer. And then he hits the door stronger and no answer.
There is never an answer. You can hear he is trying to smash the door down.

Now prosecutors are saying that the co-pilot may have deliberately flown the plane into the southern Alps.
