THE IRISH RUGBY coach missing in the south-east of England has been found safe.
A search was launched in the early hours of Thursday morning for Mick Finnegan after police received a call from a member of the public concerned for the his welfare.
It sparked a social media campaign #FindMickFinn to locate the 31-year-old Dubliner who works as a coach for rugby club London Irish.
This evening, a number of Finnegan’s friends have tweeted that they have been in contact with him and he is safe.
The news has been confirmed by London Irish and local police.
Finnegan appeared in Sky’s School of Hard Knocks programme and previously spoke to this website about his lifetime battle with depression.
