Football's nice guy Jurgen Klopp completely loses it during Dortmund's defeat

The German manager was sent off after having a right go at the fourth official.

WE FONDLY REMEMBER the infectious laughing of Jurgen Klopp after Borussia Dortmund sealed their place in last season’s Champions League semi-final with a dramatic win over Malaga.

Klopp may be seen as one of football’s nice guys but last night showed another side as the 2013 beaten finalists began the new campaign with defeat to Rafael Benitez’s Napoli.

Goals from Gonzalo Higuain and Lorenzo Insigne handed a 2-1 victory to the Serie A leaders while Dortmund had their manager and goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller sent off.

Without the red card and my own expulsion, we could have done something,” said Klopp.

“On my sending-off, I can only blame myself, it was stupid.”
