THE ALL BLACKS just about survived against South Africa in Wellington earlier, holding off a late barrage from the Springboks to earn a 14-10 win. The highlight of the game was undoubtedly Richie McCaw’s try, and the excellent Kieran Read offload that bamboozled the South African defence.
Read isn’t the best no 8 in the world because is exceptional at a few things, he is the best because he is great at EVERYTHING. In fairness to South Africa, they scored a nice try themselves early in the game.
