CARL FROCH MAY have unloaded a beauty on George Groves at Wembley last night but the best boxing knock-out of the weekend happened in Dublin.

Young Layla Roche sent her boxing trainer Sean Burke to the canvas with a stinging left at an outdoor exhibition at the Marrowbone Lane flats on Saturday. Roche and the ever-committed Burke were taking part in an event run by the Donore Boxing Club.

The knock-out moment was perfectly captured [below] by photographer Donal Moloney, who kindly passed it our way. Katie Taylor is in action in the European Championships this afternoon and is Ireland’s best Olympic medal hope at Rio 2016. Keep an eye out for Layla, though, at the 2032 games.
