LeBron: struggled to get up after late collision with Josh McRoberts. Lynne Sladky
NBA Playoffs

If you can't defend against LeBron, you can always just elbow him in the throat

Come at the king, you best not miss. Ain’t that right, Josh McRoberts?

THE CHARLOTTE BOBCATS threw everything at LeBron James and the Miami Heat last night — even a flying elbow — but it wasn’t enough.

The Heat held on for 101-97 win to take a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference quarter-final.

LeBron finished with 32 points but he was sent sprawling as he drove to the basket in the last minute.

Replays showed that Josh McRoberts caught him square in the throat with his forearm/elbow but the referees decided not to call it a flagrant foul.
