Lions trailer features unseen footage of Zebo’s captaincy phone call to Rob Penney

If this is anything to go by, the new Lions documentary will be awesome.

THE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTARY of the Lions’ victorious tour of Australia is due to be released next month but here’s a taste of what fans can expect.

The first trailer for ‘Lions Raw’ features this brilliant behind-the-scenes footage of Simon Zebo who, as a forfeit, had to phone coach Rob Penney and ask to be made Munster captain next season.

If the rest of the documentary is anywhere near this good, it should be pretty awesome.

The DVD is due to be released on 28 October.
