The Premier League confirmed the news this morning with other games also rearranged due to FA Cup commitments.
League leaders Chelsea will face Southampton on Tuesday 25 April, Arsenal will meet Leicester City on 26 April while Tottenham Hostpur are set to take on Crystal Palace that same night.
