ANY OCCASION THAT involves wearing a tuxedo is always an important one (unless you are one of those people who walks around in one during the day; if so, stop reading), and it can be a nervous experience making sure you have a nice one, that your bow tie matches, etc.
It can help to have a veteran tux guru to advise you, so Kerry’s Aidan O’Mahony was very lucky to have his very own style sensei in RTE’s Marty Morrissey, a man who is a regular on the banquet circuit.
You couldn’t ask for a better man to give you a few tux tips for a big night of potential debauchery. If Marty has taught us anything over the years, it is that if there is ever a big, blockbuster banquet on, he will be there ‘working’.
Failing that, he will be practicing his breakdancing ahead of his next visit to Coppers.
