DAVID DE GEA is likely to start for Manchester United between the posts against Chelsea this weekend… and for a while yet.
Alex Ferguson has confirmed this morning that his other senior goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard will be out for at least a month with an ankle injury.
The 27-year-old Dane has suffered ligament damage and will be out of action for “at least four weeks, maybe five or six”.
The Old Trafford boss has rotated his two young shot-stoppers this season as big-money signing from Atletico Madrid, De Gea, has taken time to settle.
Lindegaard’s injury means the Spaniard will now feature against Andre Villas Boas’ side at at Stamford Bridge on Sunday however.
