This mama panda cuddling her baby is almost lethally adorable

They had been apart since the cub’s birth a month ago.

TAIPEI ZOO HAD a new arrival last month in the form of giant panda cub Yuan Zai.

For the first month of her life was spent in an incubator while her mother Yuan Yuan practiced nursing on a toy panda.

This week, they were reunited, and the results are achingly adorable…except for the part where Yuan Zai’s entire head is in Yuan Yuan’s mouth, that’s a little scary.
