JUST AS IT did in 2011/12 the Barclays Premier League title race comes down to the final day with Manchester City the favourites.
They play West Ham at Eastlands today knowing that a draw – given their superior goal difference – would be enough to secure their second title.
However, if they do slip up and fail to take at least a point, Liverpool can win their first title in over two decades with a win against Newcastle in Anfield.
