Whether you like yours in the morning for breakfast or as a pre-bed snack in the evening, pancakes shouldn’t just be reserved for one day – especially when they have 38g of protein in one serving and tastes as good as this.

So upgrade your pancakes with our super simple recipe that only requires three ingredients, all of which you don’t have to hunt the shelves of your local health store for!

What you need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop of whey protein

What you do:

  1. Blend together all of your ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Heat a frying pan with a dab of oil in it. We recommend a teaspoon of coconut oil.
  3. Pour your mixture into the frying pan and rotate the pan until there mixture makes an even, thin and circular layer. The size of your pan will determine the thickness of your pancake!
  4. Cook for roughly 6 minutes, flipping half way.
  5. Once cooked through, top it with whatever you wish.

And here are the macros per pancake:

  • 323 kcals
  • 25g carbohydrates
  • 38g protein
  • 8g fat
