Just because the Manchester City boss showed up to training this morning wearing a David Platt mask doesn’t mean he’s lost the plot. Does it? DOES IT?
As Mancini’s number two Platt has been filling in for the boss at a few press conferences recently, and naturally people have started to ask questions.
The Daily Mail reports the Italian’s explanation for the mask: “People have been asking about my mood and if I have been upset. But I had a meeting last week and that was the only reason I didn’t come to the press conference.
