There was also cannabis, cocaine and heroin found at the same property.

GARDAÍ RAIDING A house in Dublin’s city centre yesterday afternoon seized 70 smartphones worth €15,000.

The haul was found along with €30,000 of cannabis, cocaine and heroin.

Three men were arrested following the search of two premises on Oriel Street, Dublin 1.

Two of the men, aged 33 and 24, are still being held for questioning at Store Street, while the third man, aged 30 has been released without charge.

The pair can be held for up to seven days.

As much as €16,000 worth of contraband were seizure in separate seizures in Louth.

A blitz of 14 homes across Ardee, Drogheda, and Dundalk found €5,000 worth of tobacco, along with a number of cannabis plants, heroin, and tablets with an estimated street value of €11,000.

The searches took place over the past two days.

One woman in her early 20s was arrested following the seizures, while another man was arrested in Drogheda but released. A file will be sent to the DPP.

Two other men, both in their 20s, were arrested and charged yesterday, and appeared before Dundalk District Court.
