Huge excitement as Team Ireland jet off for 2017 Special Olympics World Winter Games

They set out for Austria early this morning.

TEAM IRELAND SET off for the 2017 Special Olympics World Winter Games in Austria early this morning.

The 26-person squad flew out of Dublin Airport ahead of the Games which kick off on Saturday and will be held in Graz and Schladming.

And there was no shortage of excitement, as you can see from the photos captured by Sportsfile, and Special Olympics Ireland’s tweets:
