Streaker causes utter chaos in State of Origin decider

The series finale was interrupted by an uninvited guest.

QUEENSLAND DEFEATED NEW South Wales 12-10 to clinch the deciding game of the State of Origin today and an eighth-straight series at ANZ Stadium but the final moments descended into chaos when a streaker made his way onto the field.

There were three minutes on the clock when the naked man, chased by stewards, sprinted down the pitch and took a tumble just short or the NSW tryline as Queensland pushed for a score.

Despite the invasion, play continued with Matthew Scott going over for a try – which was then ruled out because of the interruption.
