THERE ARE PLENTY of inter-county stars who would struggle to beat Dublin stopper Stephen Cluxton — but how would a team of his students fare?

TG4′s Seó Spóirt popped along to St Vincent’s CBS, Glasnevin where Cluxton teaches secondary school science for the “Thar an Trasnán” challenge.

The goal is simple: get the ball and instead of hitting the bar, stick it over for a point. Sounds simple, until you realise that you’ve got to get by Cluxton first.

Even if you don’t watch the whole clip, you’ll enjoy this bit as one of the students leaves Cluxton on the flat of his arse… and still blasts his shot wide.
