Poll: Do you ever swim in the sea in Ireland?

Do you brave the always ever-so-icy-waters here? (Wearing a wetsuit is cheating, you know).

TEMPERATURES WILL BE hitting the 20 degree mark on Saturday, as we head into the long June Bank Holiday weekend and the start of the summer proper.

It’s also National Water Safety Awareness Week, and beach-goers are being reminded to take care on the water if they’re planning on taking the plunge this weekend.

But do you brave the (invariably) chilly waters when you head to the beach in Ireland? Or (like most of us) do you just sit around in your togs, staring enigmatically at the horizon?
