Terry Pratchett's final 'Discworld' book set to be published in September

The 41st Discworld novel is a posthumous release for the author who passed away in March.

TERRY PRATCHETT’S FINAL Discworld novel is set to be published at the end of the summer, his publisher has announced.

The novel, which will be called ‘The Shepherd’s Crown’, is the 41st Discworld novel and will feature the character Tiffany Aching, who made her debut in 2003′s ‘The Wee Free Men’.

The book will be published by Transworld Books – which is a subsidiary of Penguin Random House – and is available to pre-order now and will be released in hardback, e-book and audio formats on 10 September.

The book was completed last summer by the author. Pratchett passed away in March at the age of 66 after being diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease. He sold 85 million books worldwide and was best known for the Discworld fantasy novels.
