The Iberians reclaimed their title after a 4-2 win over Italy in Israel.

The reigning champions were favourites going into the final at Teddy Stadium and went ahead on six minutes when Thiago headed home an Alvaro Morata cross.

Ciro Immobile equalised for Italy 4 minutes later with an excellent finish over David De Gea but the Barcelona star added two more, one from the spot, to give La Roja a comfortable lead going into the break.

Malaga’s Isco got his name on the scoresheet with a penalty after 66 minutes when Martin Montoya was fouled in the box and Liverpool striker Fabio Borini hit a low strike into the bottom corner to pull one back for the Azzurri before the final whistle.
