What to watch on TV tonight: Wednesday

Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline later.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (RTÉ 1, 9.35pm)

Go over and visit your mammy tonight, and watch this with her. A lovely comedy, starring Judi Dench and Dev Patel aka the bloke from Millionaire Slum Dog. The plot surrounds a group of pensioners who go off to India to retire under the premise of luxury. Luxury, is not what they get.

The Affair (Sky Atlantic, 9pm)

This much buzzed American drama has finally reached our shores. Starring Dominic West as Noah, a man who has an affair with a waitress on holidays. It was a double winner at this year’s Golden Globes, picking up the best drama series title over the likes of Game of Thrones. Get involved.

UEFA Champions League Real Madrid vs Juventus (RTÉ 2, 7.30pm)

You know it’s going to be flooding your timeline, you may as well join in.
