VIDEO: WWE wrestler Sheamus trains with London Irish

Looks like we’ve just found Sean O’Brien’s replacement for the Springbok game.

HE MAY HAVE recently lost a bruising bout with The Big Show but Irish wrestling superstar Sheamus is making a late surge to be included in another pay-per-view event.

The former WWE heavyweight champion was at the training ground of Premiership side London Irish on Monday to be put through his rugby paces.

With the company’s RAW tour making stops in London and Dublin this week, Sheamus – real name Stephen Farrelly – indulged in his old passion and promoted the upcoming, grappling action.

Having played rugby at the National College of Ireland, the Cabra athlete could make a late push for Declan Kidney’s injury-depleted Ireland team for their Saturday clash with South Africa.
