Catastrophic Man City defensive mix-up gifts Zlatan equaliser

It’s been an eventful 45 minutes for Ibra, David Luiz and Man City.

IT WAS AN eventful opening half of football in the Champions League quarter-final first leg between PSG and Manchester City.

Within 20 seconds, David Luiz was booked after loping onto the wrong side of Sergio Aguero. The Brazilian defender made some amends for that sleepy start, tempting Bacary Sagna into an ill-advised tackle of his own inside City’s area.

Joe Hart delayed, mouthed a few things at The Zlatan and then walked the walk in the form of this excellent save.

Ibrahimovic soon found himself through on goal and left us scratching our heads again as he failed to hit the target with Hart advancing.

When Manchester City took the lead through an excellent Kevin de Bruyne finish after a swift three-on-two breakaway, it looked like it might just be the Premier League side’s night.

Unfortunately for them, Hart and Fernando contrived to assist Ibra for this 41st minute equaliser.

That was a weird and tremendously entertaining half of football.
