Here are the draws for the 2016 provincial football championships

The draws for the next season were made this evening on RTÉ.

DUBLIN WILL BEGIN the defence of their Leinster and All-Ireland senior football championship crowns with a quarter-final fixture against Laois or Wicklow next summer.

The draws for the 2016 provincial championships were made tonight on RTÉ, with this year’s beaten All-Ireland finalists Kerry set to start next season’s campaign against Clare or Limerick in a Munster semi-final.

It’s a quarter-final clash with London — which was pre-determined — first for Connacht champions Mayo, while Ulster champions Monaghan start with a provincial quarter-final against Down.

2016 Munster SFC draw

Quarter-finals: Tipperary vs. Waterford; Clare vs. Limerick

Semi-finals: Clare/Limerick vs. Kerry; Tipperary/Waterford vs. Cork

2016 Connacht SFC draw

Preliminary round: New York vs. Roscommon

Quarter-finals: Mayo vs. London; Roscommon/New York vs. Leitrim

Semi-finals: Roscommon/NewYork/Leitrim vs. Sligo; Mayo/London vs. Galway

2016 Ulster SFC draw

Preliminary round: Fermanagh vs. Antrim

Quarter-finals: Donegal vs. Fermanagh/Antrim; Derry vs. Tyrone; Cavan vs. Armagh; Monaghan vs. Down

Semi-finals: Derry/Tyrone vs. Cavan/Armagh; Monaghan/Down vs. Donegal/Fermanagh/Antrim

2016 Leinster SFC draw

First round: Laois vs. Wicklow; Louth vs. Carlow; Longford vs. Offaly

Quarter-finals: Laois/Wicklow vs. Dublin; Louth/Carlow vs. Meath; Longford/Offaly vs. Westmeath; Wexford vs. Kildare

Semi-finals: Laois/Wicklow/Dublin vs. Louth/Carlow/Meath; Longford/Offaly/Westmeath vs. Wexford/Kildare
