IN NOVEMBER, THE English top flight saw Leicester City continue to punch above their weight, Jürgen Klopp’s red revolution start to take shape and those affected by the Paris Attacks remembered.
Here are our alternative Premier League power rankings:
7. Rooney lays the smackdown on WWE wrestler
Wayne Rooney and his son Kai were among those in attendance as the Manchester Arena hosted professional wrestling’s top franchise for WWE Monday Night Raw in November.

What do you mean it’s not real…?!
6. Man City graced by a Hollywood star
Action film star Jean-Claude Van Damme showed up at Manchester City’s training ground to meet fellow Belgians Vincent Kompany and Kevin De Bruyne as well as Sergio Aguero, Yaya Toure and manager Manuel Pellegrini.

4. Brazilian combo just the trick for Klopp
They may not have been picked by Brazil head coach Dunga for the recent World Cup qualifiers, but Liverpool’s Brazilian pair Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino showed just how devastating an attacking partnership they could form in the 4-1 demolition of Manchester City.
The pair combined for three of the four goals and created a hatful of chances to give Reds fans genuine reason to be excited.
3. Jamie Vardy is having a party
Playing non-league football with Fleetwood Town just three years ago, Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy equalled Ruud van Nistelrooy’s record for scoring in ten consecutive Premier League matches.
Here’s the most in-form goalscorer in English football giving a speech to his team-mates after the Foxes defeated Newcastle United 3-0 to remarkably climb to top spot in the table.
2. Super Jonny Walters
He is the man of the moment as far as Ireland is concerned after scoring two goals against Bosnia-Herzegovina to send the Boys in Green to Euro 2016, but Jon Walters is also well-loved by supporters of Stoke City.
When this young Potters fans was asked to dress up as his favourite superhero, there was no doubt in his mind who he was going to choose…
1. Clubs pay tribute to victims of the Paris Attacks
After terrorist attacks in the French capital claimed the lives of 130 people and left many more injured, Premier League clubs joined together to pay their respects last weekend.
At grounds up and down England and Wales, a minute’s silence was held before the playing of La Marseillaise.
