French international playing in Mexico gives a masterclass in overhead kicks

Andre-Pierre Gignac has found a new lease of life since moving to Tigres.

FRENCH STRIKER ANDRE-PIERRE Gignac surprised a few when he left Marseille to join Mexican club Tigres in the summer.

However, with 12 goals from 16 Liga MX appearance this season, the 29-year-old has been excellent for his new club and even earned a recall to the France squad earlier this month.

Gignac’s side faced Chiapas in the  Liga MX Apertura quarter-final first leg last night and he produced a wonderful bicycle kick from the just inside the box to help them claim a 2-1 win.
