Irish AFL success at last as Tuohy on scoresheet to help Carlton claim first win of the season

Carlton saw off St Kilda in Wellington.

ZACH TUOHY HELPED Carlton finally claim their first win of the 2015 AFL season earlier today with a 121-81 win over St Kilda.

The match was played in Wellington as part of Anzac Day with Laois native Tuohy impressing as he grabbed his third goal of the season.

After three successive defeats to Richmond, West Coast and Essendon, today’s Round 4 victory relieves the pressure on Carlton.

Louth’s Ciaran Byrne made his AFL debut last weekend but a hamstring injury ruled him out on this occasion while Cork’s Ciaran Sheehan continues to be sidelined due to a groin injury.
