OUTGOING CONNACHT BOSS Pat Lam has made four changes to his team for Sunday’s trip to face Wasps in the Champions Cup at the Richo Arena [KO 1pm, Sky Sports 2].

Connacht have also been forced to make a change on the bench ahead of the tie. Replacement back Peter Robb pulled up with a minor hip injury on Friday afternoon and has been replaced on the bench by Matt Healy.

Lam has kept faith with the majority of the side that secured a bonus point victory over Benetton Treviso in the Pro12 last weekend.

Niyi Adeolokun, Kieran Marmion and Ultan Dillane all return to the line-up after Irish international duty, while Jack Carty is restored to the number 10 shirt.

Tom McCartney, who won man of the match against Treviso six days ago, will win his 50th cap for the province against Wasps.
