“WINNERS FOCUS ON winning, losers focus on winners. They’re focusing on me, I’m focused on… history.

“I’m the most active champion there is, and I fight at all weight divisions.”

New York’s world famous Madison Square Garden hosts the UFC for the very first time in a little over two weeks.

With MMA only made legal in the state earlier this year, it promises to be a historic event, and Ireland’s Conor McGregor headlines a stacked card.

The reigning featherweight champion, who overcame Nate Diaz by majority decision in  their rematch at UFC 202 back in August, is aiming to become the first fighter in the promotion to hold two belts simultaneously when he faces lightweight holder Eddie Alvarez.

Watch the two men give their thoughts before welterweight champion Tyron Woodley and Stephen Thompson discuss the co-main event.

In an extended preview, which has just been released, there are also interviews with Polish pair Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Karolina Kowalkiewicz ahead of their women’s strawweight title bout.
