Cork City have nailed this promo video ahead of their first home game of the season

John Caulfield’s side face Limerick at Turner’s Cross tomorrow.

LEAGUE OF IRELAND clubs have stepped up their game recently when it comes to promotion and publicity, and Cork City have been at the forefront of that.

In advance of their first SSE Airtricity League Premier Division home game of the season tomorrow night against Limerick FC at Turner’s Cross (7.45pm), the club has released this excellent promo video.

It features all the things that Corkonians love most, such as Shandon, the Frank & Walters, the English Market and THAT Colin Healy bicycle kick.

The only thing that’s not quite Cork about the video is captain John Dunleavy’s accent, but that’s nothing that can’t be fixed.

After watching it, we expect the entire population of Leeside to turn up at Turner’s Cross tomorrow night in support of John Caulfield’s side.
