FORMER LIVERPOOL BOSS Gerard Houllier believes the Reds can only get better under Jurgen Klopp and feels they have what it takes to win the Premier League title this season.
Houllier, who managed the Anfield outfit to six trophies in as many years in charge on Merseyside, has hailed the entertaining football that Klopp’s side have showcased this term.
And he believes the current squad are at a level where they could yet challenge for their first league title since 1990
“They are entertaining and also extremely efficient,” he told reporters at Soccerex. “You just have to see the number of goals they score. They have a new philosophy and I like the coach. The best is yet to come.”
When asked whether Liverpool could win the league, he added: “They are good enough for that.”
