IRELAND WOMEN WILL switch their Aon jersey sponsorship to a charity that fights homelessness for their Grand Slam showdown with England on St Patrick’s Day.
Aon will vacate their jersey sponsorship for Ireland’s final Six Nations game, as the Inner City Helping Homeless (ICHH) logo will appear on the jersey in their place.
ICHH are a charity fighting homelessness in Dublin since 2013, a partner of Aon since last March. The initiative comes as the first time an Irish jersey was handed over by a sponsor to a charity for a competitive women’s international match.
Tom Tierney’s side face England at Donnybrook on Friday [KO 8pm], with both teams gunning for Grand Slam glory. The fixture comes as a double header with the U20s clash on beforehand [KO 6pm].
